On May 25, 2018, the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data entered into force, Journal of Laws. 2018 item 1000. The Act regulates the principles of protection of your personal data in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of April 27, 2016 No. 2016/679 (RODO).

How do we take care of the security of your personal data?

We make every effort to provide all physical, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.

What rights do you have with respect to the data that concerns you and that we process?

You have the right to:

  • request from the Administrator access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it,
  • demand from the Administrator to correct (amend) your personal data,
  • demand from the Administrator to delete your personal data in a situation where the processing does not take place in order to comply with an obligation arising from a legal provision,
  • request the Administrator to restrict the processing of your personal data,
  • object to the processing of your personal data,
  • transfer of your personal data,
  • file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (contact details on the Office's website at www.uodo.gov.pl) in case you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the RODO.

What is the legal basis for your personal data?

Your personal data is processed because one or more of the following conditions of Article 6(1) of the RODO are met:

  • you have given your consent̨ to the processing of your personal data for one or more specified purposes; 
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take action at your request prior to entering into a contract; 
  • processing is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the controller; 
  • processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another natural person; 
  • processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority vested in the controller; 
  • processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party̨. 

What is the purpose of processing your personal data?

We process your personal data for:

  • marketing of products and/or services,
  • realization of production, 
  • offering and realization of sales of products and/or services,
  • after-sales service, among others, complaints.

Who can be the recipient of your personal data?

We share your personal data only with entities that need them so that we can guarantee the quality of the product and/or service. The data is processed on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only on the administrator's instructions. We do not share your data with any external entities for their own use - only for the implementation of our products and/or services. All partners who process your personal data ensure the security of your data and comply with all data protection obligations. 

What are the rules for transferring your data outside the EEA?

When there are grounds to do so, your personal data may be transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or to international organizations. We can transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EEA) only if it guarantees at least as much data protection as in Poland.

How long do we keep your personal data?

We will not keep your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected or longer than is required by law.

How can we make decisions based on your personal data?

We may make automated decisions based on your personal data, as referred to in Article 22 (1) and (4) of the RODO.
